Form Instructions

Please complete the form below if you are NOT a user of the Content Management System (CMS). All information must be completed for the event to be included. The posting of events is only permitted by UAS recognized organizations (ex, clubs, academic departments...etc) or non-profits using UAS facilities advertising that event to the UAS community. Submitting this form is required and part of the steps to scheduling a room.

If a Content Management System (CMS) user, please follow the instructions for posting events. If your department has a departmental calendar (see right-side listing) and are looking for who to contact in your department, please refer to the CMS contributors list.
