Hybrid or blended learning can take many forms, all of which involve some combination of in-person and online learning. At UAS, hybrid courses generally comprise of synchronous class sessions with a combination of in-person and online attendees, enabling real-time participation of students in a classroom with students across the region and/or state. CELT’s Instructional Design Network and our regional instructional design coordinator, Maureen O’Halloran, offer training and assistance with Egan’s active learning classroom, room 108, as well as a wealth of resources related to online learning. You may also want to check out some of the resources below, attend a CELT workshop, and/or contact CELT staff for further guidance and support.
