Users should NOT contact Respondus, Inc. directly for technical support; instead they should contact their regional Helpdesk or Instructional Design staff.

Prior Users

Anyone who has previously installed and used the software will need to put in a new password each year. Respondus also recommends checking for updates to assure the latest version is used.
