Which one do I need?

Windows 32bit Installer Windows 64bit Installer Mac OSX Client Linux Client

Symantec Endpoint Protection is available for all UAS Staff and Faculty.
UAS Employees are authorized to install Symantec Endpoint Protection on one personal home computer. This license is active so long as they maintain active employee status. 

For Students, we recommend alternatives such as:
Windows 10: Windows Defender (as part of Windows), AVG, Malwarebytes and TotalAV
MacOS: AVG, Malwarebytes, and TotalAV

For assistance installing Symantec on your computer please watch the short video below, or call the Helpdesk at 907-796-6400.

  1. Click the button that corresponds to the Operating System of your computer.
  2. Log in with your UA Credentials.
  3. Confirm the file is downloading. Run it upon completion.
    • You may be required to unzip the file, depending upon your OS.
  4. Run the installer file, and follow the installer prompts.
  5. Restart your computer.
