Since e-Learning students are not able to travel to campus for orientation, we'll bring the campus to you! We will send you a Student Information Packet that outlines UAS-Distance Education policies, how to phone-in for classes, and how to take advantage of library resources, etc. If this great resource leaves you hungry for more information, give us a call (1-800-478-6653) or drop us a line (1332 Seward Avenue, Sitka, AK 99835)! UAS-Sitka offers orientation materials when you register. If you're new to the campus, ask for the Student Information Packet when you register. If you aren't registering in person, we'll mail one to you. It provides you with information on important dates, University policies and procedures, and student’s rights and responsibilities. Anyone in the Instructional Services Office (907-747-7757 or 1-800-478-6653, ext. 7757) will also be happy to answer questions and get you started on the right track. |
