I can't hear my Webmeeting

If you aren't hearing your sound in your webmeeting, here are some things to try:

  • Make sure you're using the correct audio output and have the volume turned up. You can check this by clicking the ear in the lower right hand corner, under "Audio and Visual Settings".
  • From that same menu you may choose to select your phone for audio by clicking "Use your phone for audio" and calling in to the number displayed.
  • Make sure the volume on your computer or browser is not muted.
  • It's possible no one is saying anything, you can check this by clicking the people icon in the lower right hand corner to see the attendees. From here you can see which have audio and which do not.
