The UAS Regional Helpdesk uses Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) to monitor phone interactions. UCCX delivers UAS a secure, virtual, and sophisticated customer interaction management solution that allows us to manage resources. The helpdesk will provide monthly stats on calls received for more transparency for the UAS user community. This is a work in progress so please be patient as we develops more reporting methods.
