Creating an ePortfolio Photo Gallery

To create a Photo Gallery:

1. In your ePortfolio, select Add Portfolio Item.

2. Place all of the images in a zipped folder.
3. Click Add attachment.
4. Select Picture Galleries and click Next.
5. Select a Mini Slideshow and click Next.
6. Click Choose file, and select your zipped folder.
7. Enter the Title/Caption you wish to be displayed on the Photo Gallery
8. Click Upload.
   • You’ll be presented with a URL to link to the Photo Gallery from outside of the Portfolio.
9. Click Post.

To Edit a Photo Gallery:

1. Access the Photo Gallery.
2. Click Edit Gallery (upper-right).
3. From here you can:
   • Reorder images,
   • Add captions,
   • Remove pictures
   • Add new pictures:
   1. • Scan for Pictures allows you to look through other Portfolio items
      • Upload Picture(s) allows you to upload a new zipped folder
