Dr. Alex Simon will explore how the Palin Administration utilizes both historic and contemporary justifications for its predator control programs at the next Friday Evening at Egan Lecture, "European Anthropocentrism vs. American Ecocentrism: Clashing Values Regarding Wolves." Simon is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at UAS. 
All lectures are held in the Egan Library on Fridays at 7 pm through thorugh November 21, 2008. Visit the Evening at Egan Website for all scheduled lectures.
