The site also includes resources to support UAS faculty and staff advising students on their professional journeys. The Virtual Career Center is updated continuously with locally relevant and inclusive content designed to inspire students and fuel Alaska’s workforce development pipeline. University of Alaska Southeast uses Handshake, the leading digital job board and networking platform for recruiting emerging talent. Employers are invited to create a free Handshake account through the Virtual Career Center to access and recruit from the talented UAS student and alumni community.
