Information for Presenters

Abstract submission

Abstract submission will close April 28, 2025. Applicants should prepare a 100-character abstract title, 250-word full abstract, and a 50-word summary for the digital booklet.

Presentations

Oral presentations will be 15 minutes. Speakers should plan to include 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions.

We will provide a Google Drive folder in which to upload your presentation slides.

Posters

The poster session will occur the afternoon of Friday, July 25. We will not have printing services available, but there is an Office Max in town.

Posters may be landscape or portrait, but should be no larger than 42"x42".
