Social Events

We are organizing two social events, including an icebreaker reception and a closing banquet.

Icebreaker reception

We will hold an icebreaker reception from 5:00-8:00 pm on Monday, July 21st. The reception will be at Forbidden Peak Brewery in Auke Bay, a short walk from the university and university housing.

Closing banquet

We will hold a closing banquet from 5:00-8:00 pm on Friday, July 26th. The banquet will be held in the Noyes Pavilion on the UAS campus. Noyes is next to university housing in John Pugh Hall. Cost for the banquet is included in your registration fee.
