Courtney MacArthur lives and works with gratitude on the unceded territories of the Sheet'ká Ḵwáan on Lingít Aaní, now known as Sitka, Alaska.  She is employed as the Lead Support Specialist at the University of Alaska Southeast (UAS), where she also graduated with a BA in Social Science.  She is now pursuing a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Higher Education from UAS.  She is inspired by her field of work: increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion within postsecondary educational institutions.
