Evan Price

Evan Price (He/Him) is the Campus Safety and Health Officer at University of Alaska Southeast. He comes to the university from Bartlett Regional Hospital where he served as the Safety Officer and Emergency Manager. He chaired multiple committees including Safety and Security, Workplace Violence Prevention, and Emergency Management. He collaborated with staff, directors, administration, and industry officials to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for all.

Prior to working in healthcare, Price served as Technical Director for Perseverance Theatre, and Scene Shop Foreman for California State University Dominguez Hills where he worked closely with Environmental Health and Safety and oversaw a major overhaul of the theatrical fly system. 

Price earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Theatre with an Emphasis in Technical Theatre from University of California Riverside in 2014.
