Environmental Sociology, Environmental Justice & Allyship, Economic Stratification, Conflict Theory, World Systems Theory, Postmodernism, Sociology of Gender, Gender Stratification, Gender Non-Conformity, Queer Theory, Queer Studies.

Biography

Rally started their teaching career in 2017 as an instructor at the University of Oklahoma. Once they earned their Ph.D., they began a professorship at Lane College, a private episcopal HBCU in Jackson, TN, serving as department chair after only one year of service. In 2025, Rally moved to Ketchikan to begin teaching social science courses at UAS. Rally teaches mostly sociology courses, such as social problems, social stratification, environmental sociology, and sociology of gender.

Rally is also a certified meditation instructor and has taught two twelve-week courses in Jackson, TN, which were free to the public. Rally also earned their master gardener certification while in Tennessee and became the volunteer groundskeeper for the community garden.
