Heather joined the School of Arts & Sciences in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of diverse experiences and skills, with a background spanning entrepreneurship, people operations, management, and real estate.

Professionally, Heather thrives in environments that demand multitasking and foster meaningful connections with others. She finds fulfillment in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and enjoys the dynamic nature of her work.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Heather enjoys the natural beauty of Juneau's outdoors. Whether she's exploring scenic trails or engaging in outdoor activities, she cherishes moments spent in nature. Additionally, Heather is passionate about lifelong learning and is always eager to acquire new skills. Above all, she treasures quality time spent with her children, savoring opportunities to create lasting memories with them
