Biography

Kathy DiLorenzo grew up in the Western states of Nevada, California, Washington, and Idaho, and is particularly interested in western and rural issues. She has her Doctor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Administration and Public Law from Idaho State University. She completed her Masters of Public Administration in 2004. While completing her education Kathy worked as the primary quantitative analyst for Partners for Prosperity, non-profit organization that acquired a substantial grant to study and eradicate poverty in the 16-county region of Southeastern Idaho. Her areas of research include the bureaucracy, constitutional and public law, poverty, minority and at-risk populations.
