Biography

Ms. Weaver came to the PADM program as a practitioner of labor relations in the public sector. As a former union representative and labor educator, Ms. Weaver brings an extensive background in human resource management, labor negotiations, dispute resolution, and contract enforcement. She also has a background in Alaska state service, most recently as a state fraud investigator, and holds a Master of Legal and Ethical Studies, as well as Bachelor of Arts degrees in sociology and in labor studies.
