FAQ's

Facilities Services physical address is 11066 Auke Lake Way.

From downtown Juneau on the Glacier Highway, use the roundabout to merge onto Mendenhall Loop Road. At the top of the first hill, turn right onto Auke Lake Way. From the valley on Mendenhall Loop Road, turn left onto Auke Lake Way. 

You can find the Facilities Services building behind the far back parking lot. Turn right at the first parking lot and go past John R Pugh Residence Hall. Turn right at the back parking lot and take a right past the large white storage shelters. Facilities Services is in the sea blue house at the bottom of the hill. Please park wherever is available and use the front door to enter the building. 

Facilities Services budgets cover the cost of common routine building operations and maintenance repair costs.

Two illustrations of what Facilities Services budgets do and do not cover are:

1) If you pick up the building, tip it upside down and shake it, everything that falls out is not paid with Facilities Services funds.

2) If it is not in every one of our buildings, it is not paid with Facilities Services funds.
