Keys

Facilities Services is responsible for handling the majority of key card access and physical key access to campus buildings.  

To access our key request forms, please select Whale Card Access Request for any whale card door access, or Physical Key Access Request for physical keys.

Please be aware that there is a $25 fee for a lost key. When terminating employment with the university, keys must be returned to Facilities Services.
