The function of the Office of Grants and Contracts is to monitor and perform budgetary and reporting compliance requirements of awarded external funding according to University of Alaska, sponsor, and Federal guidelines.
Primary functions are:
- Review of proposals requesting external funding
- Grant and Fund establishment
- Review of direct cost expenditures
- Invoicing and Financial Reporting to Sponsor
- Effort Certification
