Overview

UAS students, staff, and faculty have an account on UAOnline. This resource allows you to register for classes, view your academic records, and apply for financial aid among other things. You will need to use your UA Username and password to access UAOnline. All accounts have access, including expired accounts, to ensure that students not currently enrolled in courses can register for further courses.

Your UA Username and Password

All staff, faculty, and students are issued a UA Username. If you forget your UA Username, you can look it up with ELMO. For the best results, choose option 3 and answer the security questions to get to your account information and set a password for your UA Username.

If you have forgotten your password

Please go to ELMO to reset the password for your UA Username. If you remember your UA Username or UA ID#, please select option #2, otherwise select option #3. You will be prompted to answer security questions to reset your password. If you encounter any issues, please contact the UAS IT Regional Helpdesk by phone.
