Collaborate Ultra on the navigation Menu

From your course homesite:

  1. In the menu bar on the left-hand side, click Collaborate Ultra or WebMeeting. Your instructor can change the name. Be sure to check your syllabus!
  2. Click on either the course room at the top of the sessions window or one of the scheduled sessions below it. (The course room is always available but sessions can be removed and added by the instructor)
  3. This will bring up a menu on the right side. In the Course Room menu, click the Join Course Room or Join Session button.
  4. If this is the first time you've accessed Collaborate Ultra from this computer, it may ask for access to use your microphone. Select Allow and you should be prompted to run through the Tutorial. We recommend you use this opportunity to configure your speakers and microphone.

Zoom

From your course homesite:

  1. In the menu bar on the left-hand side, click Zoom Meetings (UAS) or Webmeeting. Your instructor can change the name. Be sure to check your syllabus!
  2. On the Upcoming Meetings tab, look for the current meeting, based on Start Time
  3. Click the Start button to access the meeting. You can also click the Topic link for more information.
  4. You'll be prompted to open the meeting either in your browser or to download the Zoom app. If this is the first time you've accessed Zoom from this computer, you may need to sign in.
  5. Select how you'd like to connect to to audio: Computer Audio or Phone Call. We recommend you use this opportunity to configure your speakers and microphone.
