SAB Programs & Opportunities
The Student Activities Board (SAB) consists of student leaders who work together to provide a variety of high quality programming for University of Alaska Southeast students. These range from traditions and signature events, residential programming, exploring Juneau, and several other opportunities that make the campus experience unforgettable.
UAS Nights
UAS Nights connect students to Juneau. Past events and programs include free nights at Perseverance Theatre, providing transportation to the Juneau Gallery Walk and Alaska Folk Fest, and more!
The Alaska Airlines Student Concert Series at UAS
The Alaska Airlines Student Concert Series at UAS is a collection of events hosted by the Student Activities Board (SAB). Designed to engage the Juneau community in events and activities at UAS, the series features a high level of student-driven programming and leadership. Alaska Airlines supports the series by providing travel vouchers for artists and educators. Past events include Maggie Rogers, Von Grey, UAS Drag Show featuring Spikey Van Dykey, A Murder Mystery Party, MK Paulsen Comedy Show, Chris Jones Hypnotist Show, Pamyua, and more.
UAS Engage
UAS Engage connects students to service opportunities throughout UAS and Juneau. Past events and partnerships include UAS Day of Service, United Way Day of Caring, Trail Mix Inc., and more.
Special Events
Building relationships for a lifetime. Past events include: dances, craft nights, open mic, Karaoke night, Headshots for Handshake and more.
