Sep 17, 2026 - 17:00 PDT Scheduled - Zoom will perform service maintenance at our CA01-YYZ1 Data Center starting at 5:00 PM Pacific on September 17, 2026. Zoom Phone users registered to the those sip zones will be automatically registered in the CA01-YVR1 sip zone sequentially. During the maintenance window, a brief disconnection may be experienced and notifications may be missed. If you get disconnected, the system will attempt to reconnect you automatically.

Summary: We experienced intermittent latency with Google Drive Description: The issue with Google Drive has been resolved for all affected customers as of Wednesday, 2026-09-16 07:41 PDT. We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue. Customer Symptoms: Users may have been unable to access Google Drive, experienced intermittent latency, or were unexpectedly prompted with CAPTCHAs when attempting to use the service. Workaround: Users were advised to retry actions.
