Key Project Scope Objectives
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of UAS's current strategic position.
- Facilitate a series of workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders (faculty, staff, students, admins, and community) in the strategic planning process.
- Identify key priorities, goals, and strategies for UAS for the next 3 to 5 years.
- Develop a detailed strategic plan document, including implementation timelines and performance metrics.
- Present the strategic plan to the university community and other stakeholders for feedback and finalization.

Professor of Mathematics
Colleen has been teaching mathematics and statistics courses for the UAS Ketchikan Campus since 2006. She enjoys helping students succeed and gain confidence in math, and teaches a variety of courses up through first semester Calculus and elementary statistics.
Outside of academics, Colleen enjoys hiking, beachcombing, reading and trying new recipes.
