Review your title, headers, link text, image alt tags, captions, and body text:

  1. Spell Check.
    1. Use CMS spell check at a minimum for a specific page.
    2. For spelling and link check reports of greater accuracy, please contact your website manager for SiteImprove access and/or reporting.
  2. Proofread.
    1. Twice: Once in another format (print, file editor, CMS preview).
    2. Read aloud: Does it still make sense? Get your message across? Flow?
    3. Is your capitalization consistent?
  3. Fact Check.
